Shipping methods webshop
- When sending in a postal package, we usually send the packages with GLS. This costs €7.50 within NL and €9.50 for Belgium. We send packages that differ in size and/or weight (such as lead boxes of 200cm / 25KG) This costs €15 per box within the Netherlands and €19 for Belgium.
- Do you choose to pick up at Fenix Glas, Hilvarenbeek? Then you can pick up your order during opening hours from Monday to Saturday, and you can also pay by debit-card. (please note, you cannot pay with a credit card)
- You choose delivery if you order products that cannot be sent in a postal package, such as plate glass. We will then contact you whether we can deliver it with our own delivery service or perhaps better in a glass box and with an external carrier. Any delivery costs will then be charged later.

Delivery service for Belgium & the Netherlands
If your order does not fit in a postal package, our driver will be happy to deliver it
We do not deliver orders of less than €150.00 (excl. VAT).
For orders from €150.00 to €500.00 we charge €25 delivery costs.

Delivery routes
Monday Belgium:
Dutch Limburg, from Maastricht we enter Belgium, passing via Lanaken, Hasselt, Zonhoven and Geel.
Tuesday West Netherlands:
We start in South Holland (Rotterdam region, The Hague) then we drive along the coastline up to North Holland and back through Utrecht & Den Bosch.
Wednesday in central and western Belgium:
On Wednesday we will deliver to stained glass studios in Belgium, including the regions of Antwerp, Ghent, Bruges, etc.
Thursday Eastern Netherlands:
Eastern Netherlands, including Apeldoorn, Almelo, Enschede, Doetinchem, Arnhem, Nijmegen, etc.
Clear delivery conditions:
- Someone must be present to receive the goods, or clear agreements must have been made (with the neighbors, under the roof, etc.)
- Minimum invoice value € 150.00 excl. VAT
- For invoice value between € 150.00 and € 500.00, the delivery costs are € 25.00
- Delivery from 500.00 euros = free
Delivery by external carrier
- We do not deliver to Friesland, Groningen, Drenthe, the islands, Brussels, Wallonia, etc.
- Everything that does not fit in a postal package such as boxes of glass, pallets of lead, etc.
