Wholesale discount

First time wholesale customers, at first you create an account, use a valid VAT number (this will be checked). Then send an email to export@fenixglas.nl introducing yourself. The wholesale discount will then be applied.

Wholesale opening hours warehouse

Monday to Thursday 9:00 am to 5:00 pm
Friday 9am to 12pm

We have lunch from 12:15 to 12:45

Opening hours for private individuals and hobbyists

Friday 1:00 PM to 3:00 PM
Saturday from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m. (on Saturday you can come in during lunch, start shopping and have a coffee)

Private individuals & hobbyists

On weekdays we are very busy with wholesale, if we receive a lot of visitors on these days then the normal work will not be completed. Because we want to give all visiting customers the attention they deserve, private individuals and hobbyists are only allowed to visit Fenix ​​on Friday afternoon and Saturday.

Rules for webshop

• If you place an order in the webshop, we will do our utmost to ship it the same day, otherwise the next working day.
• Companies outside the Netherlands must also enter the VAT number with their account details. If they do not do this, VAT will be charged.
• All prices in the webshop are exclusive of 21% VAT, you will see the VAT amount at the checkout.
• You cannot pay in advance for sheet glass or products that we cannot send in a postal package in the webshop; these will only be definitively invoiced after the order has been collected.
